Delta Air Lines recently took center stage at Billboard’s the Stage at SXSW over three nights at the Moody Amphitheater, showcasing its commitment to premium experiences for SkyMilesⓇ Members both in-flight and on the ground. Partnering with Billboard, Delta transformed the concert experience, focusing on comfort, convenience, and access to more rewards for its Members.
Traditionally, concert-goers endured long lines for entry, but this year, Delta rewarded attendees who were SkyMilesⓇ Members with expedited access, ensuring Members could bypass the queues and swiftly gain priority. Furthermore, while attendees waited, Brand Ambassadors circulated and served refreshing drinks.
For those not yet part of the SkyMilesⓇ program, Delta Brand Ambassadors and Red Coats welcomed them to sign up and partake in the enhanced concert experience, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the perks and privileges of being a SkyMilesⓇ Member.
