Red Carpet Recap: High style at the 30th annual SAG Awards

In a season full of Hollywood accolades, following a year marked by groundbreaking industry labor strikes, there is something extra special about not only emerging victorious, but being recognized by one’s industry peers and, in some cases, heroes. So it was at the 2024 Screen Actors Guild Awards — also known as the SAG Awards — celebrating its 30th annual ceremony on Saturday night in Los Angeles.

In addition to wins by this award season’s favorites, Da’Vine Joy Randolph and Ayo Edebiri, many of Black Hollywood’s elite made appearances at this year’s ceremony, telecast live on Netflix. In an awards season full of style statements — and with one week to go until the 2024 Academy Awards — the stars kept up the momentum on the red carpet, giving us a taste of what to expect on the industry’s biggest night on March 4.
