Tom Sandoval is getting “Dirrty.”
The “Vanderpump Rules” star recreated Christina Aguilera’s iconic 2002 Rolling Stone cover for designer Michael Ngo’s new “Anima Reloaded” fashion campaign, posing shirtless for a faux magazine in photos Ngo shared on Instagram Tuesday.
Sandoval, 41, wore a pair of black latex pants and biker boots as he held a guitar on the cover, channeling the “Fighter” singer, who famously posed in nothing but a pair of boots on a similar red backdrop for her Rolling Stone guitar shot.
The controversial reality star — who made headlines after cheating on girlfriend Ariana Madix with fellow “Vanderpump Rules” star Raquel Leviss last year —rocked heavy black eyeliner for the shoot, wearing his hair slicked back and adding a lightning bolt necklace.
“#MICHAELNGO⚔️ ANIMA RELOADED: COLLECTION CAMPAIGN // @tomsandoval1 as STRIPPED x FIGHTER :: 2000’s POP CULTURE REIMAGINED #ICONICS—T,” Ngo captioned his post, inviting fans to vote for “MOST ICONIC XTINA ERA.”
“Thank you Tom for always being a great friend & supporter and for being our rockstar in this creative campaign! 🤘🏽🎸😜🔥🖤” the designer added.

On Wednesday, Ngo shared an Instagram Reel showing the Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras singer in full rock star mode.
In the clip, Sandoval screams into a mic as he wears a studded black leather jacket and matching pants with flames on them, with other scenes showing off the shirtless look he wore on the fake magazine cover — which featured headlines like “Tom Sandoval versus the entire world” and an Aguilera lyric, “Thanks for making me a fighter.”
Some fashion fans weren’t exactly buying into Ngo’s choice of campaign star, like one who wrote, “This reminds me of Zoolander.”
