“Love Is Blind” alum Marshall Glaze announced that he and his girlfriend, Dr. Chay Barnes, secretly got engaged last month.
“The journey to ‘Happily Ever After’ started on 12.23.23 ❤️💍 #engagement,” he captioned a carousel of pics from the big day on Instagram Tuesday.
“Such a special day 🥹 She had NO idea. GOTCHA!” he said in a follow-up post before thanking his “Love Is Blind” castmate Irina Solomonova for helping him “execute the vision” for his proposal.
In a video clip of the proposal, Glaze popped the question on a red carpet which was laid out in front of illuminated letters that spelled, “Marry Me.”
After the reality star placed the ring on Barnes’ left finger, their family and friends came out and surprised the nurse practitioner.
Glaze found his happily ever after following his stint on Season 4 of the Netflix dating show, which premiered on the streaming platform in 2023.
During his time on the show, the marketing manager, 27, dated Jackelina “Jackie” Bonds sight unseen in the pods and proposed to her.

However, they never made it down the aisle as Bonds called it off with Glaze and began dating Josh Demas, who she also met on the show.
The dental assistant, also 28, previously made comments about her former fiancé’s sexuality in text messages that were leaked online as the show was airing.
“I don’t want to hear y’all at my wedding yelling that he has sugar in his tank either please,” she told her pals. “I can just hear y’all bitches yelling, ‘HES A TEAPOT’”
Bonds issued an apology for the “disrespectful” remarks she made about Glaze.
“I would also like to apologize and take accountability for my disparaging remarks as well in those leaked messages,” she wrote on Instagram last April.
