Gisele Bündchen got emotional when talking about her divorce from Tom Brady in a teaser for her new interview with Robin Roberts.
The tears began flowing when Roberts brought up how Bündchen previously likened her split from the retired NFL star to the “death of a dream.”
“How are you?” Roberts asked the supermodel in the teaser for “IMPACT x Nightline: Gisele Bündchen: Climbing the Mountain.”
The simple yet vulnerable question immediately channeled something deeper in Bündchen, 43.
“Well, when you say,” Bündchen began to respond, before taking a pause and tearing up.
The Brazilian beauty then turned to the side away from the camera and put her hand up to the camera while seemingly starting to cry.
“Sorry guys. I don’t know. Can I have a little moment?” she said with a quivering voice.
The trailer then cut to Roberts changing the subject and asking Bündchen about co-parenting their two children –– son Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11 –– together.
“I think there’s easier days than others, and I can only control what I do,” she said.
Roberts later inquired about Bündchen’s current love life, asking her, “[Would you] be able to open up your heart again to someone?”
Bündchen played coy and simply replied, “Ummm.”
She then added, “Where my heart is now is where I am right now. I’m living my truth, and I’m not apologizing for it.”
The mom of two did not share any specific details about her romance with new boyfriend Joaquim Valente in the trailer.
