Patrick Dempsey took over wife Jillian Dempsey’s TikTok account on Wednesday to share the benefits of the celebrity makeup artist’s new lip gloss line ($26) — and fans couldn’t get enough of McDreamy’s stint as a makeup promoter.
“Practice makes perfect 🤣 Paddy breaking down my 4 new wearable lip gloss shades – Plush Nude, Delux Mauve, Bubble Pink and Golden Pearl – each with its own personality,” Jillian, 58, captioned the hilarious video.
In the clip, Patrick, 58 — who was named People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” 2023 — proudly shows off his wife’s latest makeup, describing each shade in his own special way.
“The Plush Nude, what kind of insight do we have here?” the “Grey’s Anatomy” alum said as he held a bottle of Jillian Dempsey lip gloss, adding, “this one is special because …” and pausing to ask what to say next as the screen flashed and beeped.
The silver fox made a quick recovery, praising the shade as “not too pink” and “not too brown” before going on to describe the line as “very kissable.”

He puckered up and gave a kiss to the camera before saying “love you” — and fans showed plenty of love for his makeup ad.
“Why did I just watch an entire commercial for lipgloss just because it’s McDreamy?? Genius advertising, Jillian!!” one TikTok user commented.
