Christine Quinn’s husband’s request for restraining order denied

The Los Angeles Super Court has temporarily denied Christine Quinn’s husband Christian Richard’s request for a restraining order against the “Selling Sunset” alum, can exclusively reveal.

According to court records from a hearing Tuesday, the judge issued the denial until another court hearing, which is scheduled for April 17.

“The facts given in the request … do not show reasonable proof of a past act or acts of abuse,” the court documents also state.

has reached out to Quinn’s rep for a response to the ruling but did not immediately hear back.

Richard — whose legal name is Christian Dumontet — claimed in his restraining order request filing that the his wife allegedly lied to police about a recent domestic violence incident that landed him behind bars.

Per court documents we previously obtained, he disputed Quinn’s claim that they got into a heated dispute in which he threw a bag with a glass bottle inside of it but ended up hitting their 2-year-old son.

“Ms. Quinn owns two dogs as pets which she refuses to have house or crate trained,” Richard began in his version of the events.

“As a result, every area of the house is constantly filled with dog feces, the linens are stained with dog urine and are tattered and torn due to the animals’ constant and uncontrolled chewing.”

Aside from arguing about the maintenance of their pets, the real estate business owner claimed he and his reality star spouse had also been having issues surrounding their childcare preferences.

“Ms. Quinn has repeatedly expressed that she wants 24-hour nanny coverage for their son Christian,” he claimed. “Mr. Dumontet feels that is inappropriate for two parents who are constantly with the child and believes the Nanny should leave by 3:00 each day.”
