Lil Meech hasn’t convinced everyone of his innocence amid allegations of cheating on Summer Walker, with one person even trolling his defense in person.
In a social media video posted on Sunday (August 6), a fan approached Meech as he got out of his car and taunted him by referring to a recent incident where he was seen entering and exiting a woman’s apartment. He subsequently brushed off the rumors, saying she was his cousin.
“Hey Meech, can you help me with my groceries?” she asked the actor and rapper. “Cousin, can you help me with my groceries?”
Unbothered by the gibe, he ignored her and kept walking. Check out the clip below:

In late July, Summer Walker ignited social media with a series of Instagram Stories seemingly accusing the BMF star of cheating on her. Less than 24 hours later, footage captured by a Ring doorbell emerged of Meech entering a woman’s apartment and then leaving 17 minutes later.
With the clip spreading online, he attempted to clear up the confusion on his Instagram Story by claiming that he was helping his cousin bring home some groceries.
“Damn, I can’t help my cousin bring the bags in the house,” he asked. “We went to the grocery store, man.”
The footage in question sees Meech rocking a Snoop Dogg shirt while walking in around 1:40 p.m. with some toiletries in hand and heading out around 1:57 p.m.
Summer Walker has continued to fuel infidelity rumors with her Instagram Stories subliminally sniping at Lil Meech.
