Jimmie Allen accused of secretly filming woman during sex in second misconduct lawsuit

A second woman accused country singer Jimmie Allen of sexual assault in a lawsuit filed Friday in Tennessee federal court.

The alleged victim — identified only as Jane Doe No. 2 — came forward nearly one month after the “Best Shot” singer was sued by his former manager for sexual abuse and assault.

The latest unidentified woman claims in court documents obtained by that she met Allen, 37, on a plane in 2022, did not know who he was and that he asked for her phone number.

The two then allegedly engaged in “daily” long-distance communication over the phone.

The “Dancing With the Stars” alum was married at the time. His estranged wife, Alexis Gale, announced their split in April after nearly two years of marriage.

Gale, a nurse, is currently expecting their third child. The estranged couple also share daughters Naomi, 3, and Zara, 1. Allen also has an older son, Aadyn, from a previous relationship.

The “Freedom Was a Highway” singer allegedly lied to his second accuser, told her he was separated and that he wanted to marry her, per the court documents. He also allegedly said she would make a good “stepmother.”

However, the romance apparently took a dark turn during a trip to Las Vegas in July 2022.

Jane Doe No. 2 alleges in her suit that Allen “sexually assaulted” her in his hotel room and then passed out.

She says she was “extremely upset” over the incident and, as she went to exit the room, allegedly noticed the “Good Times Roll” crooner “surreptitiously and, without her consent, placed his cell phone in the closet facing the bed and had been videotaping the entire event.”

Jane Doe No. 2 claims in the court documents that she was unable to wake Allen up in order to delete the alleged recording, so she took his phone and brought it to police.
