Drake has shared a heartfelt sentiment about the love and support he’s received over the years from the leading lady in is life, his mother Sandi Graham.
On Wednesday (February 28), the 6 God took to Instagram where he shared a heartwarming interaction between his mom and an unknown third party, while accompanying him on tour.
“I always cry when I come to his concerts,” she wrote in a text thread. “I’m so proud of him,” the message, sent to a third party, concluded.
Although it’s unclear which show Sandi recently attended, Drizzy mentioned that he was saving it for a rainy day.
“Posting this as a forever core memory,” he captioned the post consisting of a photo of his mother smiling along with a screenshot zoomed in on her text thread.

This is not the first time the Toronto rapper has highlighted the close bond he has with his mother. Last summer, during the second of three nights at Madison Square Garden for his All A Blur Tour, Drake performed “Look What You’ve Done” while sat next to his mother on a couch in the middle of the stage.
The song, which appears on his 2011 album Take Care, is dedicated to his mother, Sandi Graham, along with his uncle, Steve.
“They love your son, man, that boy gone/ You get the operation you dreamed of/ And I finally send you to Rome/ And get to make good on my promise/ It all worked out, girl, we should’ve known/ ‘Cause you deserve it,” he raps.
Drake and his mother then shared a hug, before Sandi Graham could be seen welling up at the touching tribute — prompting cheers from the adoring crowd.
