Melanie Griffith is no longer wearing her heart on her sleeve — at least not for her ex-husband Antonio Banderas.
The “Working Girl” star stepped out in Los Angeles Monday showing off some new ink, which covered the faint trace of her old heart-shaped tattoo that was dedicated to the “Puss in Boots” star.
Griffith’s more recent crossword-style tattoo features the names of her four children: daughter Stella, 26, whom she shares with Banderas, as well as stepson Jesse Johnson, 40, son Alexander Bauer, 37, and daughter Dakota Johnson, 33.
During the outing, the actress wore a black tank top and white maxi skirt paired with sandals and glasses.
She finished off the look with fingerless gloves and a black handbag.
Griffith, 65, shares daughter Dakota and stepson Jesse with her first husband, Don Johnson.
She shares son Alexander with ex-husband Steven Bauer.
Griffith and Banderas, 62, first met in 1989, but sparks didn’t fly until the two worked together on the film “Two Much.”
“It was very, very fast and very compulsive, but at the same time, we were tied at the time,” Banderas recalled in a 2002 interview with Diane Sawyer.
“We tried as much as we could to be respectful. We just thought this may be one of those, you know, infatuation moments that we have when we shoot movies because we got to play together a couple, so let’s just go home.”

The lovebirds tied the knot the following year and welcomed their daughter, Stella, shortly after.
Griffith filed for divorce 18 years later.
However, the two have remained amicable since their split.
Griffith even shared a birthday shoutout for the “Legend of Zorro” actor in 2016 — two years after they divorced.
