Kate Beckinsale spent Easter in the hospital amid her mysterious health battle.

The “Underworld” actress posted a photo of herself from the knees down celebrating the holiday from her hospital bed as she wore black pajamas with white bow designs and white bunny socks.

“Happy Easter ,” she captioned the Instagram snap on Sunday.

While Beckinsale, 50, didn’t provide further context, several fans and celebrities swarmed to the comments to check in on her as she remained quiet about the details of her ongoing hospital stay.

On March 11, the “Serendipity” star revealed she was in the hospital, though she didn’t disclose why she was there.

The snaps showed Beckinsale teary-eyed from her bed as she gave a special UK Mother’s Day shoutout to her mom, Judy Loe.

“Thank you to those that love us and support us when it’s s–t and try to make sure there are some bits that aren’t,” she wrote, hinting that something was wrong.
