The International Black Men’s Empowerment Summit – 2024, organized by the Morehouse College Alumni Association Bahamas Chapter presents Dr. Cornel West, a prominent philosopher, political activist, and author whose profound insights into race, democracy, and justice have resonated across generations. Dr. West’s unwavering commitment to truth and his eloquent advocacy for the marginalized make him a beacon of hope in today’s complex world.

Joining him will be multimedia giant, Dr. Rashad Richey, a dynamic voice in media, politics, social justice, and physics, known for his incisive analysis, groundbreaking research, and unapologetic advocacy for equity. As a university professor and commentator, Dr. Richey challenges the status quo and inspires others to engage in the fight for sustainable social change.

The prolific Dr. David A. Thomas, President of Morehouse College, will also be among the esteemed speakers, an academic and leader in the field of organizational behavior and leadership. His work on diversity and inclusion has paved the way for meaningful conversations and initiatives that empower individuals and communities alike.

Bakari Sellers will provide innovative insights into empowerment for the future. a renowned political strategist and commentator whose passionate advocacy for civil rights and social justice has made him a powerful voice for change. His commitment to uplifting underrepresented communities drives his work and inspires those around him.

Together, these distinguished speakers along with others, will share their insights and experiences, igniting a dialogue that will empower communities to take action.

This groundbreaking will be held September 24th – 26th, 2024 at the Margaritaville Beach Resort in Nassau, Bahamas. Bringing together influential leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs from around the globe for a three-day, power-packed celebration of Black male excellence and achievement.

Organized by The Morehouse College Alumni Association Bahamas Chapter, this event is intended to be a transformative experience designed to empower, educate, and unite. This event will provide an environment for insightful reflection, inspiration, networking, and growth.
