Brandy Mills, founder of Woman Strong and Brandy Mills Consulting, has been named the 2025 Nexstar Remarkable Woman Award winner.
The Remarkable Women initiative is a nationwide campaign sponsored by Nexstar Media Group, one of the largest television broadcasting companies in the United States.
The program celebrates extraordinary women across the country who exemplify service, strength, and commitment to improving the lives of others making a difference in their communities and beyond. Out of thousands of nominations, only a select few are chosen as finalists from each market, with one woman ultimately named as the local winner.
As the Carolinas-area winner, Brandy was featured in a televised news segment by Nexstar affiliate WSPA-7, highlighting her mission-driven work to empower women through transformational coaching, leadership development, and authentic community building.
She will also be honored at a national celebration hosted by Nexstar, in Hollywood California, connecting her with fellow changemakers from across the country.
Brandy’s recognition as a Remarkable Woman is not only a celebration of her accomplishments, but a testament to the impact of grassroots leadership grounded in authenticity, equity, and transformation.
