Travis Kelce is counting his blessings.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end admitted in Wednesday’s episode of his “New Heights” podcast that he does not “know how the f–k” he won over Taylor Swift.
“She wasn’t into sports,” he told his brother, Jason Kelce, and their guest, rapper Lil Dicky.
Dicky, whose real name is David Andrew Burd, jokingly pointed out that Travis “called her out” on the podcast in July 2023, to which the NFL player, 34, agreed that he knew “exactly” what he was doing.
He also thanked the “Dave” star for calling his and Swift’s romance an “American … classic” as the “most popular pop star, beloved musician somehow met the most popular, beloved athlete and fell in love.”
When Dicky asked how Travis feels about attention from his “new fans,” he gushed over the Swifties.
“It’s fun, man,” the “Catching Kelce” alum said. “I’m having a blast in life, baby. Just flying high. Enjoying it all.
“[We’re] bringing new lives to the football world and opening the football world up to new things as well,” he continued.
Elsewhere in the interview, Jason, 36, brought up Dicky’s previous quotes on “Thursday Night Football” about how he would date Travis if he were a woman.
“I was like, ‘I totally get it,’” he recalled. “I was like … ‘He’s exactly who I would go for. He’s the best at all time at his position. He’s seemingly the nicest, sweetest, funniest, classic, cool guy. … It’s unreasonable to be this talented.’”
Travis asked, “Dude, what? You said this? I’m honored.”
