Bob Saget’s widow, Kelly Rizzo, slams Breckin Meyer criticism

Kelly Rizzo hit back at critics who believe she moved on from her late husband, Bob Saget, “too fast.”

The “Eat Travel Rock” star said in a TikTok video Sunday that people have “no place and no right” to comment on her new relationship with Breckin Meyer because they have no idea what it is like to lose a spouse.

“The vast, vast, vast majority of all of the comments and feedback and support and everything I’ve gotten since Bob passed, 99 percent has been positive and lovely and wonderful,” she began the nearly five-minute video.

“But there are some people who just love to talk.”

She added, “You just don’t understand the incredibly complex and difficult and dynamic thoughts and feelings that come up during this entire process.”

Rizzo, 44, said she still feels “guilt” following the January 2022 death of the 65-year-old “Full House” star from a brain bleed, but she did not contemplate dating anyone until well after the loss.

“I didn’t personally get to that point until well after a year after Bob had passed,” she explained of her decision to put herself back into the dating pool.

“And then I didn’t start dating until 18 months or so after Bob passed.”

Rizzo and “Clueless” actor Meyer, 49, debuted their romance in early February at a Grammys viewing party.

Weeks later, the couple attended a friend’s wedding together in Mexico and were photographed passionately kissing at the event.

The “Unfiltered with Kelly Rizzo” star told her TikTok followers that she has received the blessing of Saget’s daughters —  Aubrey, 37, Lara, 34, and Jennifer, 31 — but admitted feeling “really weird about it.”
