She’s feeling her power.
Recently separated Brittany Cartwright shared a cryptic message on her Instagram Story following her move to a new rental residence Friday — despite Jax Taylor telling they were living together.
“If a woman holds the power to create life, she also holds the power to create the life she wants,” the quote read.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star, 35, shared the message one day after revealing on their podcast, “When Reality Hits With Jax and Brittany,” that they had separated after almost five years of marriage.
“Yes, marriages in general are very hard and I’ve had a particularly rough year this past year,” she explained.
“Jax and I are taking time apart and I made the decision to move into another home to take some space for the sake of my mental health.”
However, Taylor, 44, claimed to later that night that he and the mother of one were living together.
“She was in a house for a while, but yeah, she’s back now,” he explained.
He also assured us that they were not filing for divorce, saying, “It’s just two people that you now are hitting a 10-year mark in their marriage.”
On Friday, though, a person close to the estranged couple confirmed to that Cartwright was moving into a new rental after the lease on her previous short-term rental ended.
They also disclosed that she and Taylor have been living separately for “about a month” and are “not on a path to reconciliation” despite the former bartender’s claims.
