A love triangle between Lewis Hamilton, Tom Brady and Irina Shayk would be convenient for the supermodel given that Hamilton and Brady share the same apartment building in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood, we hear.
Nevertheless, a source close to Shayk has squashed rumors that she’s also hooking up with the F1 driver.
“[Hamilton and Shayk] have been friends for years! Nothing is happening,” the pal insisted.
Shayk, 38, and Lewis, 39, sparked romance buzz after they were photographed together in Paris four days after she spent time with Brady in New York.
But the source close to Shayk laughed off the connection, and described them as “really good friends.”
“She’s always supported him, and he’s always supported her. They’ve been friends for at least 13 years. There’s nothing going on between Irina and Lewis,” the pal insisted.
Lewis has described Brady, 46, as one of his inspirations to continue racing into his 40s.
And, the star athletes even live in the same New York apartment building.
Despite being romantically linked to Shayk, we’re told that Brady is “playing the field and having fun,” since his divorce from supermodel Giselle Bundchen.
Brady and Shayk have been keeping each other company for months.
The duo were last seen having a cozy date night at trendy Brasserie Fouquet near Brady’s pad. They have also been spotted hanging out in Miami, Fla.
Reps for the trio did not comment.
