The New York Post’s iconic is launching a state-of-the-art video studio at its Midtown Manhattan headquarters.
The studio, sponsored by longtime Post partner Tri-State Cadillac, has multiple setups that will allow for a variety of sets and shooting arrangements for daily hosted video segments spanning celebrity entertainment news, fashion and beauty content, awards show recaps and more.
Esteemed media personality Astra — who is currently an on-air personality on iHeartMedia’s 103.5 KTU The Beat of New York — will join the team as the brand’s new global anchor, a role she calls her “dream job.”
“ has been a leader in celebrity entertainment for over 40 years,” Sean Giancola, New York Post CEO & Publisher, said in a press release. “We’ve grown from a daily print must-read to a multi-platform source for celebrity exclusives and breaking news.
“Expanding our video slate is a natural next step in our evolution. We’re looking forward to the Video Studio becoming a regular stop on celebrity press junkets, and we’re excited to bring our loyal audience even more engaging content.”
